FAQ

Q: Why can't I log into the site?
A: There may be several reasons that you are denied access to the Web site. The most common problem is due to the "cookie" settings within your browser (Internet Explorer & Netscape Navigator). You MUST have "cookies" enabled to access the member area of the site. If your "cookies" have been disabled you will not be able to log in.

Q: How do I enable/change my "cookie" settings in Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator?
A: Be sure you are using either Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator (we highly recommend Internet Explorer for a free download click here):

Internet Explorer: Go to Tools: Internet Options. Then click on the security tab. Click on that button "Custom Level" and then under "Cookies: Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" click on enable. Also under "Cookies: Allow per-session cookies" click on enable. Then hit Ok. Under Internet Options hit Apply, and OK. Restart Internet Explorer.

Netscape Navigator: Go to Edit: Preferences. Then go to the advanced section. Under the "Cookies" section, click on "Accept all cookies". Then hit OK. Restart Netscape.

After you have enabled cookies please close your browser, open a new window and try to log in again. If you continue to experience problems please consult with your Web site Administrator.

Q: My cookies are enabled but I am still having problems logging into the site. What should I do now?
A: If you are certain that cookies are running properly within your browser then try logging into the site by taking the "www" portion out of the Web address. For example, you will want to log in at this address: https://chapterweb.net/_mmc_main/login.asp. Try to login again and see if you are able to gain access.
