Kimberly, How do members view their past ROLES, COMMITTEES & POSITIONS? There is not a section in our profile for PAST areas. Is the Member area tabs only for currently held positions, roles and committees or should those fields contain everyone who has ever served in that position? When we migrate over, I don't want to lose all that history. And once we are live with the new site, I would like to be able to keep it "clean." Thanks! Jennifer

Hi Jennifer,
Past roles will not appear on a members profile, however, past committees and positions will. When a person is taken out of a Committee (or the Committee is un-checked in their profile) this will automatically appear in the profile as a "past committee". I've attached a screen shot below to help you better visualize this idea.
 When you migrate to ChapterWeb 2.0, all of this information will stay with your chapter, depending on how you have it inputted into your current site. If you'd like us to make sure your information is formatted correctly on the current site, please contact support at support@chapterweb.net.
