Hi Sally,
The Party Label is used to create the 5160 Avery Party Label. This label is usually a sticky label that is used to address envelopes. The "Party Label" field dictates whom the label will be addressed to. Some chapters who use this field either put in Patroness and Spouse (ie., "Mr. & Mrs. John Doe") or Patroness and Ticktocker (ie., "Jane & Katie Doe") depending on who they want their labels to address.
Currently ChapterWeb 2.0 does not have the ability to automate name tags (although, it's been requested as a future add on).
If you have any more questions, please let me know!

Hi Sally, Have you ever used a "Mail Merge" in Microsoft Word? It's a fantastic tool with many different uses. 1. Click on "Members" tab in Chapter Web. 2. Create an excel file of the names you wish to put on your nametags. Save that file to your computer. 3. I have an old edition of Word so it may be located in a different section on a newer version. In my version, I just open a new Word document and look under "Tools", click on "Letters & Mailings", and then click on "Mail Merge". A box pops up on the right-hand side of my screen that allows me to create a variety of documents including labels of any size. 4. Follow the step-by-step instructions in the pop up box. There are "Next" and "Previous" options at the bottom of the pop up box so you can go back and forth to make corrections as you go along. 5. Once you've created your labels, you can save your work as a Word document to reuse the next time you want the same labels.
Hope this helps! Patsy

I forgot to clarify in my previous post that by using the Mail Merge option to create labels, you can use this tool to create any size label you want including name-tag sized labels. You can also add the NCL, Inc. logo or any type of image you wish: maybe the yellow rose icon to identify Provisionals or some type of generic marking if you want to group the members for an icebreaker, committee, grade level, or whatever you can think of. Just put corresponding signs on the tables, so all the ladies with a red circle on your nametag sit at one of the tables with the red circle sign--something like that.
