I think I already know the answer to this one (no), but, want to make sure! Is it possible to set up sub-files within a file category? I suppose with the limited access feature for files, sub-files are not totally necessary. Just checking! If this is possible, it would be nice still. Thank you! Sally

Hi Sally,
You guessed right, no. We're hoping to have the ability to add both sub folders to the Files section as well as sub-album's to the Photos section by the end of the summer. Check back with us in September, or view our blog: http://everything.chapterweb.net to stay up to date with our new features. Great question!

Kimberly, I have turned on the new sub folder option for your league and am happy to have the sub folder capability. Are there plans to expand sub folders to more then one level? Also, what are the implications if a league turns on the option, creates sub folders and then decides to turn off the ability? (I personally would not want to turn them off but I have leagues that may want to.)

Corey,
At this time we do not have any plans to expand sub folders to another level. Also, there are no implication if one of your leagues wanted to turn off the folder structure, they could do so. Keep in mind that if they do go back and forth all of the files that are within their sub categories will be placed in the parent category. If they switch back to the Folder Structure view, it will bring back their parent and sub folders. Some of the file structure might of course be lost if there are lots of changes in between switching back and forth between views.
If you have any other questions/comments, please just let me know!
Thank you,
