Hi, We have several pictures that need to be "attached" to profiles. Also, need to "attach" to our member directory when we format the pages. How do I do this after the photos have been uploaded in the Photo Gallery? When I click on the "T" to edit a photo it only gives me the ability to rename the photo. Thanks, Angela

Hi Angela,
In ChapterWeb 2.0 member photos are handled a bit differently in order to give the member the ability to add their own photo to their profile. This means that now in order to add a photo for a certain member you'll need to go directly into their profile. To do this you'll go into the Member tab > Browse to your member > Click on their name to open their information > and hit "Edit Member" on the top right hand corner. Once this is done you can add a photo to their profile by clicking the "Browse" button right below their name and searching for the photograph on your computer.
When you print the member directory using the Single Page layout, the system will automatically pull the photos in each Patroness profile to use in the directory itself.
If you have any questions, please let me know.

I am a new administrator so thank you in advance for being patient! Two questions on photos. In our photo section you have to type a caption/name for each photo then click on that caption/name if you want to "view" the photo. So to go through several photos of an event you would have to click on each caption/name and wait for that individual photo to load to "view" it. Also, just confirming when a photo is added to a profile by the user is it only viewable if you print out a directory. It doesn't automatically load when you click on that members profile?

Hello,
Hopefully I'm understanding your question correctly, if not - please let me know. You can view several images at once of an event by clicking on the album name on the right hand side. So, once you are in the Photos tab look to your right and you should see all of the albums listed in this spot. Click on one to see a thumbnail of all images in that album. If you want to see the image larger, click directly on it (or on the caption).
When a photo is added to a profile, you can also see it when you look at their profile on the website - you shouldn't need to print off the directory in order to see the photos.
It sounds to me like your browser might not be displaying photos properly. If you cannot see the thumbnails or the member profile images, please contact us at support@chapterweb.net and we can work with you directly.
Thank you!

I figured out what the problem was in Firefox the images are not visible. If you upload them all you will see is the caption until you click on the caption and then individually the pictures would appear also member photos were not appearing in Firefox but all did in Internet Explorer.
