In the next week or so we are going to post probably upwards of 150 invoices/files for each of the members to access on the website in the FILES section. I am assuming this is OK....is it?? That is what I told the chapter Treasurer! Please advise. Just making sure there is room!! Thank you! Sally

Hi Sally,
The only limitations that we have on Files is the size of each individual file. Each individual file (this also is true for Photos) cannot be over 30MB. There is no limit on the number of files you can upload in one category.
As an alternative to invoices, you might also want to check out our Premium Add On's for your members to pay their dues online. You can get more information on our Premium Add on page.

Thank you Kimberly. This is what I thought, just wanted to double check! And I don't think the chapter is ready for making payments online!!

Kimberly, Just fyi.....I mentioned about the online pay to our chapter Treasurer.....she was going to look into. I passed along the info/link you gave me. Again, don't know if we are ready for this, would require lots of discussion and board approval. We'll see.
