Hi Kimberly! Question....is it possible to delete old messages from the SENT folder? As an Administrator, my SENT folder is quite full and I find that it is very slow to access, I am assuming because the folder is so big! But, I do not see a way to delete old messages. Any suggestions for speeding up access to the SENT folder?

Hi Sally,
Currently, there is not a way to delete the sent messages. I believe we're going to be re-designing this section as well in the near future to only show the past 5-10 sent messages to cut down on this long list of emails. Any input that you have on what would be the ideal solution for this page would be appreciated. It's always good to hear how others would like things to function. :)

I saw today that for Administrators, there is now a separate folder for (all) SENT MESSAGES. And that made me wonder....and a suggestion too.....would it be possible to have other "folders" added under Communications. For possibly just Board members, that they could "file" messages into various folders, named to their request/liking? I don't think this would be necessary for all members/Patronesses, maybe just the Administrators and all Board Members. As they use e-mails more and this way they could "file" their in/out messages by subject. I hope I explained that correctly! Thank you!

Back on this subject....another suggestion.....you said that part of upcoming redesign would be that only the last/previous 5-10 of sent messages would be displayed. But, isn't it possible to "store" all the other old messages somewhere, so, that they could be searched for, say, search by the name of member who sent the message? I would think we would need the capability to search for older messages. And also, I see that in the SENT and ALL SENT folders now, the messages you can only see by "hovering over", you can't click on the message and see it and print it if necessary. Is this going to stay?

Hi Sally,
We have actually since your last post made a change to this section due to your suggestion. You'll see now that "All Sent Messages" and "Sent Messages" are kept separate. This way you can still easy access your sent messages but in another folder keep all of the sent messages throughout the chapter. This way it keeps things a little bit more clean, but you can still have access to all archived and older email items.
