Kimberly, A board member asked if there was any "controls" that could be placed on the website to limit those who can send an e-mail to the entire chapter? Please advise! Thank you! Sally

Hi Sally,
Not at this time, there is not. What some chapters choose to do is to hide the Communications tab from certain groups (ie., Ticktockers or Patronesses) so that they are not allowed to send out email at all. The control of who can send chapter wide emails is perhaps something we can look into adding before rolling out the update of the Communication's section. I'll pass this suggestion along to our team.

Thank you Kimberly for reply. There has apparently been recently a few members who have sent out chapter-wide e-mails with some information before getting board approval, so, there is concern about this. Please let us know if you can set any controls with the new Communication version. Yes, yet another request!! Those probably never end!! Thank you!!
