Is there a way to record/view who an e-mail was sent to, when you want the recipients BCC'd due to the sensitive nature of e-mail? If memory serves me correctly, on the old version, a window popped up displaying who the just sent e-mail was sent to. A member who needed this feature would then copy that info for her records. Any suggestions, or is this maybe a feature that is coming out with Communication update? Thank you! Sally

Hi Sally,
Sorry, I'm a bit confused. Do you mean is there a way to see who the email was sent to in the Sent Messages folder even if the people are BCC'd?

I have asked the member who asked this of me about if she can see the recipients in her SENT MESSAGES folder. She should be able to right? Then she could print that message. It is the Chapter Treasurer, and there are some sensitive (i.e. relating to money, who's paid sort of thing) e-mails that she sends out with a BCC but she needs to know and print out who the e-mail was sent to. But, it should be in her SENT MESSAGES folder on the website. That didn't dawn on my when I wrote the message yesterday. Sorry! Silly me. Sally

Hi Sally,
Absolutely, she should be able to see all recipients (even if they were BCC'd) in her Sent messages folder. If she's an Administrator she'll be able to see all Sent Messages from the chapter as well as these recipients.
