Would it be possible to add a field to the Patroness Member page that tells which class(es) her Ticktockers belong to? It would be REALLY great if that information would pop up on the Member tab page too. Right now it lists the Member's name, phone, and e-mail. If it could say, "Class of 2011, Class of 2015" or whatever, that would be great. Of course it would be better if it had the girl's name next to the Class, but I'll take just the class names if that's easier!

Do you mean adding the "Class of ___" to the Patronesses profile? If so, I'll be sure to add this to our list of updates/suggestions as I think it might be something that all chapters would appreciate having.

Yes--that's exactly what I'm talking about!
The only thing that's tricky is some members have more than one daughter. For example, my first choice would be for it to say something like this on the Patroness's profile:
Paula Patroness
"Mary: Class of 2011"
"Annie: Class of 2015"
If that's not possible, it would be almost as good if it said "Class of 2011, Class of 2015".
Most of the time I can remember which Ticktocker is older or younger; I just can't always remember the specific "Class of ___."
Perhaps that field could also be used as a filter to help send e-mails to both the Patronesses and Ticktockers of a specific Class. Don't know--just a thought.

That makes sense.
Also, as an alternative - some chapters are starting to include their Patronesses in the TT class itself. So, for example in the Member tab under TT Classes they are listing each Patroness in with the class that their TT (or multiple TT's) belong to. The only thing this really affects is the TT class count, since Patronesses will also be included in this if they are added. It also will affect the Class report, but only if you do not remember to select the Role > Ticktocker before running the report (otherwise it will also include all Patronesses who are associated with that class). Just something to think about for your chapter, if this is the route you want to go it would also solve your problem of the Patronesses not having their TT class(es) listed in their profiles.

Hmmm. I'll have to think about that one and talk to the GLA's and Hours people to see if that would be too confusing for them.
