Hi,

Can I somehow pull an image that has been uploaded by somebody else to the Photos folder and use it in the design/layout of another page? I tried to download one to my computer and then upload to the homepage, but it downloads as an html document.

Thanks,
Franziska

Hi Franziska,

You can certainly do this - but you'll want to download the photos you'd like to use indivudally from the website. When you go into the Photos section of the website you'll want to browse to the photo you'd like to use. Once there you'll notice a "Download" link below the image. Click on this to download the image to your computer.

Once this is completed, go back to your content area that you'd like to post the photo and follow our how to guide on adding photos to your website:
http://everything.chapterweb.net/archive/2010/02/how-do-i-add-a-photo-to-a-content-page.html

If you have any questions after following these steps, please let me know!

Thank you,

Kimberly,

How I could have tripped over that "download" link, I don't know! I must have been blind. I right-clicked the image without thinking.... which obviously didn't work.

Thank you so much for making me see the light!
