Hi Kimberly.....long time no talk to!! And I am on my way out, so, I won't be bothering you anymore!! And here I am, on way out, and asking a question!!
About Awards posting......don't know how to explain/ask this really.....last years award winners (May 2010) are the current "users" under each Award listing/category. But, need to input new/this just finished year award winners. How are the current "users" moved below into past users (I think that is what it is referred to)? If you click on the "move members" button a window pops up with list of just all the award categories. Click on same category? I don't know if this makes sense or not. But I am assuming the "users" should just be the current/most recent year's award winner. I am getting ready to train the new person, and this is one job that needs to be done, but, wasn't sure about this!!! Thank you Kimberly. Hope this makes sense!

Hi Sally,
If you go into the Awards section of the website (Members > Awards) you'll notice the list of all of the awards that members currently have. Click on the "List Users" next to an award in which you want to move members out of. Once in this screen, select the check box next to the user(s) you wish to remove from the award and click the "Remove Selected" button on the top right hand corner. This will remove the members from the award, while at the same time keeping this historical data. Meaning, if you go back into a members profile after accomplishing this task you'll see that in their profile will be a new field called "Past Awards" with the awards listed that they were just removed from.
