In order to move a file from one category to another, you’ll need to first browse to the file and click the “Edit” link (see screen shot below).
Once the edit link is clicked a window will pop up with containing the properties of the file. In order to change the category de-select the category you would like to remove the file from and select the new category (see screen shot below).
If you have sub-categories (folders) enabled on your account, use the steps below to move a file into another folder.
- Login to your ChapterWeb Account and go into the Files tab.
- Click on the pencil icon to the right of your file to edit the file details (see item 1 below).
- Once you have clicked on the pencil icon, a pop up box will appear that will allow you to edit the file details. Select a different folder from the drop down list and click the “Save” button (see item 2 below).
- The file will now be placed in a different folder.
