Hour Logging

This feature allows all members the ability to easily log their hours into a database for retrieval by site administrators. Members can also print reports for their own hours submitted by themselves and their daughters.

Calendar

Administrators can easily add new events to the member calendar. Events can be entered for several years in advance and the site will always default to the current months events. Members can search for events by month and year.

Resource Library

The Resource Library is a chapter-wide download center where Web administrators can upload useful documents and forms. Almost any type of file, from a PDF document to an Excel spreadsheet or a PowerPoint presentation can be placed here for access by members.

Member Directory

Site administrators can easily add or delete members, edit member profiles, assign user names and passwords for login, and set permission levels for each individual member limiting access to various sections of the site.

Photo Gallery

The Photo Gallery works similar to the Resource Library, but is tailored specifically to viewing images. Images can be uploaded and captions can be attached. The gallery can be browsed in a scrapbook-like thumbnail form where images can then be selected for larger viewing. The gallery can be incorporated with a public ChapterWeb site in the same fashion as the Resource Library, above.

Email

The member list can be used to generate a mailing list based on a varitey of searchable and selectable categories. A quick message can then be composed and sent off to each selected member on the list.
