Adding a Link to Another Website
In order to add a link to another website in an editable content area please follow the steps below:
- Click on the pencil icon to open the content editor
- Once the editor has opened click on the Hyperlink Manager tool (see item 1 below).
- This will open a new window that will allow you to paste (or type) in the URL of the website you'd like the link to go to (see item 2 below) as well as type in how you'd like the link to read on the page (see item 3 below).
- Press "OK" to save your changes.
Adding a Link to An Email Address
- Click on the pencil icon to open the editor on the page that you wish to add your link
- Once the editor has opened click on the Hyperlink Manager tool (see item
1 below). - The Hyperlink Manager will open in a new window. Click on the Email tab on the top of the window to open the Email link preferences (see item 2 below).
- Type in the desired email address, the text for your email link, as well as the subject line that you'd like to appear in the emails sent to this address (see item 3 below) and click "OK" to save your changes.
