Administrators have the ability to capture event signup information. The sign up export shows the member’s name, comments, start and end times, as well as phone numbers.

To use this feature, please follow the steps below:

  • Go into your Calendar tab and click on an event that has a current sign up list
  • Click on the Export Options dropdown in the Sign Up List to select the type of exported document you prefer.

  • Your export file will then be generated and saved in your Downloads folder.
