Please note: All members can run reports for themselves or their related users. Only administrators can run reports for all members in the chapter.

Depending on which organization you belong to, the reports that you can view will be different. Select your organization below to get descriptions on the reports available. All reports can be limited to date range, member groups, classes, etc.and  generated in .pdf or excel format.

 

National Charity League Reports

 

 

 

Philanthropy Reports

 

  • Philanthropy Year to Date: This report will give a summary per Philanthropy of hours worked during a certain time frame. This report does not include individual member hours and will only list Philanthropies and the hours worked during the time frame selected.
  • Philanthropy Detail: This report gives a detailed description of Philanthropy hours spent total through out a given time frame. Run this report to show Member name, Philanthropy, Date, Hours, Activity, and descriptions for each time entry.
  • Child Class Report: This report gives a summary of all hours worked by Child classes. This report does not show individual hours reported, rather just a summary of all Class hours worked throughout a certain time period. (Admins only)

League Report(s)

  • Hours Summary: This report gives an overall summarized look at the Hours each member has logged into the system in a given time frame. Run this report to see an overview of all hours (League, Philanthropy, etc.) as well as meeting credits.
  • League Detail: This report shows all League hours submitted by individuals during a selected time frame. This report will include individual members, dates, activities, and total number of hours entered for individuals.

Standards Comparison Report

  • This report allows you to run a comparison on hours throughout a specific time period. You can view members who have entered hours that are greater than, less than, or equal to a certain amount. This report is helpful for determining awards and finding members who have yet to meet certain quotas.

Calendar Report

    • Calendar Sign Up report: This report will give you an overview of which events you’ve signed up for in a certain time frame. It also allows for Admins to view who has signed up for specific events.

 

Login Report

  • View how many times a certain user has logged into their ChapterWeb account.

Young Men’s Service League Reports

 

 

Philanthropy Report(s)

  • Philanthropy Detail: This report gives a detailed description of Philanthropy hours spent total through out a given time frame. Run this report to show Member name, Philanthropy, Date, Hours, Activity, and descriptions for each time entry.

  • Young Man Class Report: This report gives a summary of all hours worked by Young Men classes. This report does not show individual hours reported, rather just a summary of all Class hours worked throughout a certain time period. (Admins only)

Hour Report(s)

  • Hours Summary: This report gives an overall summarized look at the Hours each member has logged into the system in a given time frame. Run this report to see an overview of all hours (League, Philanthropy, M/S, Wishlist, etc.) This report does not contain descriptions of the hours entries.

Meeting Report(s)

  • Meeting Report: This report gives an overall summarized look at the meetings each member has logged into the system in a given time frame. Run this report to see an overview of all meetings attended.
