For site administrators or hour administrators, please make sure that you remember to select the member that you want to add the hours for by clicking on the ‘Select Members’ button on the top right corner.

Following these steps to add in your hours:

Select whether your hours are ‘Philanthropy Hours’ or ‘League Hours.’

If you have Philanthropy Hours:

  1. Select a Philanthropy in the drop down list. (See item 1)
  2. Enter the number of ‘On-Site Hours’ and/or ‘Off-Site Hours.’ (See item 2)
  3. Enter a brief description of your hours. (See item 3)
  4. Check whether:
    • These hours were worked as a mother/daughter team or 
      (See item 4)
    • These hours were worked as a big-sis/little-sis team. (See item 4)
  5. Click on the ‘Submit Entry for [current date]’ when finished entering all hours. (See item 5)

PhilanthropyHours

Note: you will be able to review your recently submitted hours in the text box below the submission button.

If you have League Hours:

  1. Select a League Activity from the drop down list. (See item 1)
  2. Enter the hours and a brief description. (See item 2)
  3. Click on the ‘Submit Entry for [current date]’ when finished entering all hours. (See item 3)
