Support Policy

We offer extensive support to chapters just signing on and those who have been with us for years.

New Chapters

New chapters just signing on with us will receive a free 90 minute training session, free imports of all of their members and hours information, as well as free unlimited email and forum support. After our initial phone training we allow up to one hour of phone support per chapter a month. This means, that most chapters will want to designate a technical contact whom all phone support requests go through. After the one hour limit is reached, we charge $120/hr for phone support.

Existing Chapters

Existing chapters will receive the same benefits as chapters just signing up. Free access to our email support, our forums, as well as free access to our How-To guides. Chapters already signed on with us will also receive an hour of free phone support each month. After the hour is reached, we’ll charge $120/hr for phone support.


Our product is extremely flexible for customizations and design changes to fit your chapter’s unique needs. Programming customizations, specific to just your chapter, will be billed outside of your annual agreement at $160/hr.  All custom design work will be billed at $120/hr. Customizations should be given to us via our support email. You’ll want to allow 4-8 weeks of lead time (depending on the scope) so that we are given enough time to put each change into place.
